• Conduct thorough background and credit checks on prospective renters
• Collect security deposit and pet deposits for property

Management Responsibilities:

• Prepare Lease Agreement and all addendums
• Collect rental payments and deposits
• Deal with late payments, non-payment, and partial payments
• Keep record of files and rental statements
• Initiate all collections and evictions
• Enforce all property rules and regulations
• Complete spot check property inspections and move out inspection
• Handle all Maintenance and Repairs
• Are present for move-in and move-out process
