- Place advertisements in local publications and rental websites
- Source and develop client base of prospective renters
Tenant Placement and Screening:
- Work closely with owner to establish a rental price
- Tour model homes with prospects
- Require application and rental history verification
- Conduct thorough background and credit checks on prospective renters
- Collect security deposit and pet deposits for property
Management Responsibilities:
- Prepare Lease Agreement and all addendums
- Collect rental payments and deposits
- Deal with late payments, non-payment, and partial payments
- Keep record of files and rental statements
- Initiate all collections and evictions
- Enforce all property rules and regulations
- Complete spot check property inspections and move out inspection
- Handle all Maintenance and Repairs
- Are present for move-in and move-out process
